The space
There's so much to do inside the house with the game room, hot tub, movie projector, backyard, grill, and more but you're also a short drive from Legoland, batting cages, The Castle Fun Center, vineyards, America's Oldest Winery, hiking, skiing, views, and many other exciting activities!

Designer chairs surround a custom table that is adjustable to seat ten. Statement dinnerware includes Santorini dishes with thin gold utensils and breakfastware is clay-mason style earth-toned dishes with elegant black cutlery. 4 types of alcohol glasses are stocked above the wifi-connected wine fridge.
In the bathrooms, a leisurely shower or soak is enhanced by vast rain showerheads in the open shower or indulgent standalone soaking tubs.
Full of big and little luxuries from electric salt (filled with tri-color imported Himalyan salt) and pepper grinders and Gordon Ramsey's exclusive pots in the chef's kitchen to huge King & Queen beds and a private viewing porch with uninterrupted mountain views. Each bedroom is unlike the others. Cloud-soft sheets cover hybrid memory foam and gel-cooling memory foam mattresses. There are no feathers or down for allergy-free purposes.

The game room is fully decked-out. There is a pool table, ping-pong, and hockey table. It's also stocked up for every age with books and games along with a large movie projector and couch.
DINING ROOM
Designer chairs surround a custom dining table made of gold pillars and natural woods. Expandable with 2 leafs.
DESIGN
Organic materials are used. There is lots of room for having fun and doing what you love. The color scheme is Santorini-inspired blue, gold, and white.
OUTDOORS
Huge deck with large seating furniture, a large umbrella, a grill, and a saphire fire pit table. An exclusive view of the countryside mountains. You'll have over an acre of well-manicured property to enjoy all to yourselves for picnicking, sports, exploring, and everything else!
The 7-person hot tub is open year round.
There is a 20-foot outdoor tent available. It cannot be used for parties.
FALL in UPSTATE NY
Indulge yourself in the best of fall traditions right near here! - Apple picking & apple cider - Local farms with corn fields, pumpkin patches, grass-fed beef, fresh milk, and more (some even sell their own spices and soaps) - Petting zoos - Shopping - 2 HAUNTED HOUSES to get into the Halloween spirit (1 Guinness World Record holding haunted house, and 1 less-scary option)
Guest access
You will have access to the entire 5,000 sqft unit upstairs.
The driveway is shared and there is plenty of room for you to park. We occasionally drop in and out of the garage as well as downstairs. Both are secluded with a private entrance.
Other things to note
Guest count is strictly enforced. The number of guests at the property must reflect the number of guests on the reservation at all times. We do a virtual check in process with exterior surveillance cameras. Any unregistered additional guests will be charged per night with possible termination off the property with no refund if we can't get through to you. Thank you for your cooperation.
Infants are free, so no need to put them on the reservation.
PETS If you have pets, there is a local boarding kennel. They really care about the pets and are a good price: Lakeside Pet Lounge
Dog Vacay is also available near us. This pairs you up with local dog sitters who will give your doggo a home while you are away.
